Gym Closed

Unfortunately today the gym was closed, but not to worry seeing as the gym makes up only 20% of the goal? hence I decided to do some shopping instead. At first I was only doing food shopping, to kick start my diet for the next few weeks, until a came across a vitamin shop on the high street. This was no ordinary vitamin shop. It had shelves on top shelves on top of even more shelves of supplements. They even had some stacked on the floor in front of the shelves.

After snooping around for a bit and not having a clue whether to get anything or not, I  called over the guy on the till and asked him what he would recommend. He started by asking me what my goal was and how long I've been working out. So I told the guy that I was just starting to get serious about working out and that my goal is to put on a ton of muscle. Fast forward a few minutes and he told me that as long as I eat well (about 3500 calories I think was the number he used) and add mass gainer of 1000 or so calories I should easily put on size. So he pointed out to me Optimum Nutrition's Serious mass. I'd heard of it before so I just bought it on the spot. oh and I got the chocolate flavour ( it was that or the strawberry one)
In order for me to get in the 1000+ calories from this I need to take 2 big scoops with water or milk, but with the milk you get more calories. Anyway haven't tasted it yet but it sure smells good, lets hope it does what it says.

Back at it again

Hey everyone,
I just started this Blog as a way to motivate myself (as well as anyone else reading this)  to keep at it at the gym because lately I've noticed that I have been really slacking and ain't really been eating well (someday's I've only eaten two meals) as a result I lost a lot of weight that I gained in the past year of working out. So just to give you some stats I'm 6'5 and currently weighing in at around 83 kg whereas few months back I was close to 94/95 kg. So anyway I've set myself a goal by the end of the year 2015, Which is to be at least 97 kg if not 100 kg. And I hope people can support me on this journey and I will try to keep everyone up to date.
